    Game Mechanics and Systems:

    • Define and document core gameplay mechanics, rules, objectives, and progression systems.
    • Balance gameplay to ensure challenge and enjoyment for players of varying skill levels.
    • Design interactive features that leverage the physical space and environment of the attraction.

      Prototyping and Testing:

      • Create prototypes to test game mechanics and concepts.
      • Conduct playtesting sessions to gather feedback and refine gameplay elements.
      • Iterate designs based on player feedback, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input.

        Collaboration:

        • Work closely with game artists, programmers, and other team members to ensure the seamless integration of visual and technical elements.
        • Provide clear documentation and guidelines to support the development process.
        • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and functionality in live attractions.

          Research and Innovation:

          • Stay informed about trends in game design, especially in location-based entertainment and interactive attractions.
          • Research competitor games and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative ideas.

            Post-Launch Support:

            • Analyze game performance and player feedback to identify areas for improvement.
            • Work on updates or expansions to enhance the player experience and maintain engagement.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in game design, preferably in real-life indoor attractions or location-based entertainment.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful games or interactive experiences.

    Skills:

    • Strong understanding of game design principles, player psychology, and interactive storytelling.
    • Has an analytical mind and a strong attention for detail
    • Strong understand of mathematical concepts
    • Proficiency in creating design documents, flowcharts, and wireframes.
    • Familiarity with tools like Unity, Unreal Engine, or other relevant design software is a plus.
