[Requirements] Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development, with a focus an API development and integration. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java, with a strong understanding of backend frameworks. Extensive experience with Docker, including containerization, orchestration, and deployment of microservices. Strong knowledge of database management, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g.:AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in building and deploying MVPs with a focus on scalability and performance. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges, Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration of containerized environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automated deployment and monitoring. Knowledge of fronted technologies such as React or Angular (beneficial but not mandatory). [Responsibilities] Establish and maintain a quality assurance process for all software projects. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans. Coordinate with freelancers to implement automated testing frameworks. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards. Identify and document defects, and work with the technical team to resolve them.
