Roles & Responsibilities : 1. To promote and sell decorative and other assigned products to hardware dealers, painters, property owners, architects, interior designers and both private and public sector building projects. 2. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. 3. Gather market expectation and feedback to counter competitors activities at the right time. 4. Provide excellent customer service to gain customers trust. 5. Identify new sales prospects while maintaining existing market share. Requirement : 1. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 2. Minimum 2-3 years sales management experience in architectural/decorative paints, building materials or industrial products. 3. Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. 4. Relevant experience in chemical products would be an added advantage. 5. Self-motivated, result oriented team player and able to work independently. 6. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills. 7. Possess own transport and able to work outstation. 8. This position will be based at Alor Setar.
