Digital Sales Manager (Medical Devices / Digital Sales / Remote)
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Sales Manager to lead and grow our digital sales initiatives in the medical devices space. This role is ideal for a candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment, and has a strong track record in digital sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital sales strategies, a strong background in medical devices, and a passion for driving business growth through innovative online channels. You should also be adaptable and eager to thrive in a startup culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our medical device products in Malaysia and beyond.
- Manage and optimize digital sales channels (website, e-commerce platforms, social media, etc.) to increase brand awareness and sales conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging digital content and campaigns aimed at generating leads and enhancing customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and distributors through digital channels and virtual meetings.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics using digital tools and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with digital sales trends, medical device industry developments, and customer behavior to adapt strategies and tactics effectively.
- Participate in the planning and execution of online product launches and virtual events to maximize reach and engagement.
- Lead digital transformation efforts within the sales team, ensuring adoption of best practices and cutting-edge tools for sales enablement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in digital sales within the medical device industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong expertise in digital sales, e-commerce, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with excellent self-motivation and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience working in a startup environment or small teams, with the ability to wear multiple hats and take ownership of projects.
- Age preference: 35-45 years (to ensure a blend of experience and energy for the role).

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
