Key Responsibility

To assist the Company's Commercial/Business Development Department.
To assist to establish and execute short term and long term business plans for the Organization.
To set comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the Organization.
To set an annual target with plans, opportunities and possibilities to explore and to be able to achieve.
To study the upcoming market trends, potential clients, potential projects and strategizing to enable the company to be able to win projects and make profits in the changing situation.
To do sales and marketing of our product and services and make efforts to win projects.
To look into our competitors strength and advise the company to improve to stay ahead.
To establish or review contracts, drawings, requirements, ITP's, and issue adequate/reasonable prices.
To prepare, issue quotations and follow-up with the potential clients on our submissions and it's status.
To table and brief the team on the submissions, achievements and feedbacks for improvement.
To prepare and issue Work Orders to Sub-Contractors.
To assist in preparation of the final project costing report upon completion of each project.
To prepare, maintain and control all project documents in accordance to ISO requirements.
To assist in assessing customers credibility while securing projects. for the compliance to the customers expectations to maintain the continuity for future jobs.
To assist in working closely with the Finance Department, to follow-up on the progress claims and outstanding accounts for its timely collection and seeking legal advise or action for long overdues.
To find ways to promote company, it's product and range of services locally and internationally.
To build good relationship with existing and potential clients.
To make postmortem upon completion of project for its success/failure and future improvements.
