Sales Admin

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the sales and payment process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Payment Verification and Processing: Review and verify payments within the POS system, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
  • Invoice and Payment Creation: Generate and process invoices and payment records within the SQL system, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Data Entry Support: Assist the digital specialist by accurately inputting and updating data as required.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide assistance to the sales team with Aeon Credit payments, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
  • Payment Settlement Oversight: Monitor and perform clearance activities related to payment settlements within the POS system to ensure accuracy and resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to support various initiatives and objectives.

Qualification and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required); a degree in a related field is a plus.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles is preferred.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
