Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Plan and coordinate operations for products and services, including profit optimization, quality control, itinerary creation, and managing bookings.
- Tour and Event Coordination: Reserve and manage components like hotels, guides, and attractions; ensure timely delivery; support meetings, incentives, and events from planning to execution.
- Financial Management: Prepare invoices and credit notes, negotiate with suppliers, manage costs, and generate cost and sales reports for reconciliation.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients; coordinate with international teams and the MICE Manager for feedback and troubleshooting.
- Customer Service: Handle complaints, compensation, and service quality during all project stages, including post-event.
- Administrative Support: Assist with visa and insurance inquiries, air ticket reservations, and pre-departure arrangements, including preparing kits and managing logistics.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Follow company procedures, operational guidelines, profit margins, and deadlines.
- Sales and Growth: Support sales targets, business development, and MICE team operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the MICE industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing events.
- Excellent client management and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the MICE industry, including current trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
