Role Overview:
As an Key Account Executive at KiddoCare, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with both current and prospective clients. You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer success, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, including parents, corporate partners, and schools.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities for growth.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and clients by networking, conducting market research, and attending relevant events.
- Develop and present proposals tailored to clients' needs, showcasing the value and benefits of KiddoCare’s offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales materials and presentations are up to date and aligned with company messaging.
- Customer Support & Problem-Solving:
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.
- Address any issues or concerns from clients promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to help improve our services and customer experience.
- Account Management & Retention:
- Oversee the lifecycle of client accounts, ensuring timely renewals and the expansion of services.
- Regularly evaluate client accounts and ensure that they are receiving the appropriate services and support.
- Assist clients with special requests or customized needs, ensuring that KiddoCare’s offerings meet their expectations.
- Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account details in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, pipeline activity, and client satisfaction.
- Track progress against sales targets and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in the childcare, education, or service-based industries.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A passion for early education and child care services, with a deep understanding of client needs in this space.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the childcare or education industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with corporate partnership management or B2B sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
