Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights for decision-making
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals
- Oversee the business development process from lead generation to closing deals
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided throughout the sales process
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
