  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title : EB Delivery Specialist (Sarawak Region)

Job Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

Ensure adherence to project methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, clients, vendors, and team members.

Facilitate communication to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.

Risk and Issue Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on delivery.

Proactively address project challenges and resolve issues efficiently.

Resource Coordination

Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure appropriate resource allocation.

Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

Ensure deliverables meet organizational and regulatory standards.

Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve processes.

Innovation and Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve project execution efficiency.

Job Requirements

This position is offered on a 1-year contract basis.

Must be a Sarawakian.

Hold a minimum of a Degree qualification.

Possess a recognized project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Have at least 15 years of experience in technical rollouts for connectivity products, including RAN, Microwave, Fiber, and Sub6.

A minimum of 15 years of project management experience, involving collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Proven ability to handle complex projects, effectively mitigate risks, and deliver successful outcomes.

At least 15 years of experience managing technical rollouts for connectivity products while coordinating with external and internal vendors or subcontractors.

Demonstrate strong commitment to completing tasks within specified timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Technical rollouts for connectivity products: 10 years (Preferred)
  • RAN, Microwave, Fiber & Sub6: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Project management: 10 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • PMP or PRINCE2 (Preferred)
