Description
As a Product Manager II at our Series A startup, you will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap and delivering high-impact solutions that drive business growth and user engagement. Reporting to a senior product leader, you will own key product areas, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to translate customer needs into actionable strategies. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to take ownership of complex problems.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities through market research, user feedback, and data analysis.
Feature Ownership
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key product features, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Write clear and concise product requirements that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and customer success to align product initiatives with business goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Define and track product success metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, retention).
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize features, measure impact, and iterate on solutions.
Customer Focus
- Advocate for the voice of the customer in all product decisions.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to deepen understanding of customer pain points.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful features or products.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a bias for action.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel) is a required.
- A passion for building user-centric products and a relentless drive for results.
