Refractory Sales Manager
1. Revenue Growth at Profitable Margins: - Drive revenue growth across the following industries: Aluminum Industry: Primary and Secondary sectors. Steel Industry: Local and Overseas markets. Nickel Industry. - Expand OEM revenue, including support to key partners such as EKW, Hoganas, SILA, RHIM, and others. 2. Technical and Operational Responsibilities: - Refractory Design: Develop and optimize designs, Bill of Materials (BOM), and heat flow analysis. - Application Grade Selection: Ensure appropriate material selection for specific applications. - After-Sales Service: Provide technical support and solutions post-sale. - Guidelines Development: Create and disseminate guidelines for mixing, curing, and storage processes. 3. Collaboration and Team Leadership: - Foster collaboration and maintain a positive working environment across the sales function and the wider organization. 4. Ad-Hoc Support: - Provide additional support and delegate tasks as needed to assist other sales activities and initiatives.
Minimum 5 Years of Experience: - Proven track record in managing both sales and customer service functions within a business. Analytical and Data-Driven Approach: - Strong ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
