- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately, particular on the business partners or property/event space, and handling the house rule for internal event
- Monitor & manage office supplies
- Manage incoming and outgoing documentation include accounting related, company secretary/local authorities with different jurisdiction, such as Malaysia, Hong Kong, Labuan and etc
- Carry out an efficient documentation and filing system as per company procedures
- Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
- office management such as printer, laptop, stationery, access card, key and etc.
- Candidate must possess at least a STPM / 'A Level /UEC/ Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree holder in business admin
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a must. knowledge of Cantonese will be at added advantage.
- Good communication skills and pay attention to the details
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, and open to learn and utilise other applicaitons such as AI tool, Docusign and etc.
- Adequate understanding of the company operation's in term of support, services provided to the client and internal teams.
