Position Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Product Manager specializing in Immunology business, with a specific focus on Dermatology, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, event management, brand and product management within the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our dermatology product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively promote our dermatology product portfolio.
2. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and business objectives.
3. Manage and coordinate key events, such as conferences, workshops, and symposiums, to maximize product visibility and awareness.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, medical affairs, market access and regulatory to develop and implement cohesive brand strategies.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
6. Drive the development and execution of brand and product launch plans, including messaging, positioning, and promotional materials.
7. Monitor and analyze market and sales data to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or pharmacy
- 4 – 7 years of marketing and/or industry experience; proven performance
- Proven track record in marketing execution, event management, brand and product management.
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape, including regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
