Credit Control Executive
POSITION SUMMARY:
To supervise and assist all debt collection matters which involve corporate clients, insurance, third-party administrators and cash paying patients. To lead credit control team in the absent of Head of Department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible in debt collection for cash payor, insurance and corporate accounts to minimize the debt.
2. Work closely with the respective hospital team to ensure bills are sent promptly to patients, companies, insurance companies and other responsible parties.
3. Ensure close monitoring on all outstanding accounts in the ageing report and ensure that these debts are collected timely.
4. Ensure credit control staff complies to the various companies billing requirements so that the bills can be processed without delay..

6. Prepare reminder letter or notice of suspension for default paymaster.
7. Monitor the payment received from insurance and corporate company and ensure receipts are generated and off set with the invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
8. Prepare monthly cash cash payor summary and analysis report for management review in a timely manner.
9. Prepare ECL report for cash payor to be review by Head of Department.
10. Communicate professionally with internal and external customers to effectively understand and handles disputed accounts and negotiates to bring payment into line with terms.
11. Maintain customer relationship and ensure all complaint pertaining to charges payment and collections and other related matters are attended to promptly and professionally.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION : Degree in Accounting or equiavalent
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
2. Minimum 2 years in supervisory skills
3. Good communication skills.
4. Good in analytical skills
5. Computer literate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
