Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide detailed information on logistics services, rates, delivery options, and lead times.
  • Track shipments and proactively provide updates to customers about order status, delays, or issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-up actions in the customer management system.
  • Handle billing inquiries and assist with invoice-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the logistics team as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Minimum qualification: SPM
  • Fluent in both Malay and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
