Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide detailed information on logistics services, rates, delivery options, and lead times.
- Track shipments and proactively provide updates to customers about order status, delays, or issues.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-up actions in the customer management system.
- Handle billing inquiries and assist with invoice-related issues or discrepancies.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the logistics team as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Minimum qualification: SPM
- Fluent in both Malay and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
