  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Upload and maintain SKUs and product information on e-commerce platforms.
  • Upload promotional banners and update the website with fresh and engaging product content.
  • Print airway bills and stock lists for order fulfillment.
  • Pack online and offline orders accurately and carefully.
  • Assist in stock control, including monitoring inventory to ensure best-selling items are always in stock.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok in fluent Bahasa Malaysia or English.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze and report on e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
  • Open and close the office in a timely and organized manner.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in handling e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Grab, Shopify).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and maintaining stock levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
