- Upload and maintain SKUs and product information on e-commerce platforms.
- Upload promotional banners and update the website with fresh and engaging product content.
- Print airway bills and stock lists for order fulfillment.
- Pack online and offline orders accurately and carefully.
- Assist in stock control, including monitoring inventory to ensure best-selling items are always in stock.
- Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok in fluent Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze and report on e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
- Open and close the office in a timely and organized manner.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in handling e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Grab, Shopify).
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Familiarity with inventory management and maintaining stock levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
