Job Responsibilities: • To follow up on sales leads for each sales meeting. • To interact with the Business Facilitation Department and the Customer Services & Operation Department to move clients from inquiries to successful business closures. • To maintain internal and external communications, in accordance with company policy and professional standards. • Market the Light Industrial Units (LIU), managing the commercial and operational matters with regards to LOL and LIUs. • To manage Open Land and LIU statistics and occupancy performance. • To coordinates marketing activities in correspondence with other departments. • Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. • Promoting PKFZs at trade shows and major industry-related events. • To assist and ensure the client receives adequate information, resolving any problems and answering any queries related to Tenancy efficiently. • To work closely with the Finance dept, Engineering dept, and Marketing division to ease the completion of the Tenancy Agreement. • To delegate and compile any document involving administration within the Tenancy Management unit. • Team coordination with other CML divisions to accomplish tasks given with result-oriented and assisting other dept. – SMD, FZD, Security, Safety; Visits / Inspection, Task Force Committee and OGAs Inspections. • To assist in Customer Service dept relating complaints when needed and instructed by Immediate Superior / HOD. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field. • At least 1 years of Marketing, Customer Service. • Must be passionate, creative, meticulous and tech-savvy. • Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and a team player. • MUST be able to work fast under pressure and have good discipline. • Computer literate proficiency in Microsoft Office application. • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, both written and spoken. • Good interpersonal skills and customer liaison. • Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Selangor
