  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our main services include home-based ABA therapy, parent training and intervention program for individuals with specific learning disabilities (Dyslexia & Dyscalculia). Our mission is to help individuals achieve their fullest potential by providing evidence-based interventions and a supportive environment to grow.


Job Description:
As a behaviour therapist, you will work closely with children and adolescents with behavioural challenges. This includes individuals with special needs or with behavioural challenges. You will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of our principal behaviour therapist. Your role involves providing direct therapy, tracking progress, provide report and feedback to parents, provide parental training and adapting interventions to meet each individual's unique needs.


Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with individuals at their homes
•⁠ ⁠Implement individualized education program (IEP) and behaviour intervention plans (BIPs)
•⁠ ⁠Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach and reinforce positive behaviors.
•⁠ ⁠Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during sessions.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare session report and material
•⁠ ⁠Communicate with clients' families and caregivers to provide updates and support.
•⁠ ⁠Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
•⁠ ⁠Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with special needs especially autism or other developmental disabilities is an advantage.
•⁠ ⁠Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy.
•⁠ ⁠Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and own transportation. Petrol allowance available.
