  • To handle the marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns of the Group’s activities.
  • Liaison with creative and other relevant departments and agencies.
  • Conduct market research to keep abreast of the latest property market and/or economic trends and other relevant market information including demand and supply analysis.
  • To be involved in developing the concept and artwork of all Advertising & Promotion tools such as a website or project site's theme, printed materials (brochure and press ad), etc.
  • To handle marketing collateral design like brochures, leaflets, etc. for sales staff sales.
  • Organising and participating in any sales event, project launching, roadshows, exhibitions, and liaising with event organisers/ service providers. On-site duties include ensuring proper set-up and signage, registration coordination, AV testing, speaker management, time management, etc.
  • Product development and identifying the ideal component mix and configuration or layout of products.
  • Collecting information on external (local or international) marketing activities like participating in exhibitions, filtering, and analysing the benefit of the particular event.
  • Executes, debriefs, and follows every event to collect feedback, ideas for improvement, and goals for future events.
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Ensure a strong web presence on various channels.
  • Edit, proofread, and improve the content.
  • Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year across all platforms, including email, web, blog, and social media.
  • Regularly deliver engaging content.
  • To develop creative ideas, and communications objectives according to the sales and marketing team's requirements and transform them into innovative concepts and designs, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Liaise with the team member(s) to study and analyze design specifications and to supply conceptual visuals.
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by or to the External Affairs Department from time to time
  • Degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sensitivity to property buyer and investor market.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Team player with a pleasant personality and ability to demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
