We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, ASEAN & North Asia, based in Singapore or Malaysia, to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming product and business ideas related to entrance systems, electronic access control, and lodging solutions into compelling product offerings. You will work closely with local product management teams, guiding them through product specification and market introduction processes while establishing processes and structures for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will ensure seamless integration of products and services across different product areas to enhance our overall market offering.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop market solutions in collaboration with regional teams, focusing on entrance systems, electronic access control, and lodging solutions.
  • Lead key projects, including market launches and product development.
  • Conduct quantitative market assessments to define marketing strategies.
  • Curate the local product portfolio based on dormakaba's global offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with GBO, including the PMM network, product approvals, business planning, and market intelligence.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors, maintaining up-to-date market intelligence.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, overseeing launch, growth, and phase-out stages in local markets.
  • Implement Global Product Management standards and concepts, ensuring alignment with GBO, SBO, and factories. Support regional teams in product-related topics, customer applications and special projects.
  • Maintain and manage Marketing MIS, tracking growth, profitability, competitor insights, market trends, and macroeconomic data.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs to support product and market knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in the construction and building industry.
  • Minimum 8 years of international experience in Product Marketing and Engineering, preferably in entrance systems, electronic access control and/or lodging solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools, MS Office and CRM tools.
