Job description

Provide support to various operational functions such as procurement, logistics, facilities management, and administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by addressing operational issues and resolving problems as they arise.
Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
Reviewing video surveillance equipment to identify odd behaviors
Patrolling the interior and exterior of a property in set intervals
Only providing property access to authorized individuals
Protecting property
Monitoring surveillance cameras and alarms
Serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Provide training and guidance to guard on operational procedures, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Support the professional development of team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Respond to internal and external inquiries and requests related to operational matters in a timely and professional manner.
Identify operational problems and issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Make timely and informed decisions to address operational challenges and ensure continuity of operations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
Training will be provided

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Singapore: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
