  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for maintaining in-process inventory records and ensure sufficient supply of materials for production.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School education
  • 2 years minimum production experience
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to properly use common inspection equipment
  • Speak, write and read fluent English
  • Able to perform task in given time frame
  • Able to support management / company when needed (Example: OT)
  • Good discipline

Key responsibilities:

  • Follow traveler, OMS, and quality system.
  • Provide input to ensure travelers are updated timely and accurately.
  • Perform all job duties and functions in accordance with all company safety standards.
  • Understand Departmental Quality Objective and perform good 6S of workplace.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels to meet production demands
  • Analyse data and provide reports on material usage, lead times and inventory levels
  • Make counts (daily/weekly/monthly) to ensure inventory accuracy meets targets.
  • Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording inventory location, and reporting shortages.
  • Retrieving materials and supplies by picking up and verifying materials and supplies listed in production orders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance material flow and reduce costs
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve material-related issues
  • Perform tasks assigned by leader/supervisor/manager within estimated cycle time.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Supports continuous improvement programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
