Job Responsibilities:
- Support in execution of internal and external engagement activities to align with Sime Darby Motors’ overall objectives, corporate messaging and/or brand positioning.
- Assist in content development and management of Sime Darby Motors’ online communications channels including the website, social media channels, along with the operating units’ channels across the division.
- Monitor sentiment and coverage of automotive industry especially EV to seek opportunity to project Sime Darby Motors as a leader in EV.
- Work with business units across the Division and support in promoting the Sime Darby Motors brand among internal and external stakeholders on various channels and communicate key messages through storytelling.
- Execute effective communication by utilising internal and external channels to develop and share collection of stories to engage with the employees across the Division and public.
- Assist in daily administrative functions and requirements for Sime Darby Motors and business units.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in communications field
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field
- Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge in digital channels including website and Google Analytics and social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Knowledge in using Adobe software such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro would be an added advantage
