  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for independent and highly motivated Senior Recruiters to join the team based in Penang, Malaysia as part of our SEA region team.

About the Role

  • Build strong relationships internally and externally to anticipate talent demand, develop hiring strategies, and execute the talent hire in an efficient manner to meet the rapidly growing needs of our clients
  • Conduct and improve the end-to-end recruitment procedures while implementing effective recruitment methodologies to evaluate candidate competencies and potential
  • Develop creative campaign strategies for talent attraction through various omni-channel platforms
  • Build a wide and in-depth network of candidates through different channels and approaches to enhance the talent database and proactively build talent pipelines to meet future market demand
  • Consult and provide effective and efficient talent solutions to our clients

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience with a well rounded experience from client facing to full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, group interviews and assessment
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace and high-pressure environment with multi-tasks delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
