  • Responsible for credit administration procedures and performances byensuring documentation and records are in order and in compliance withprocedures and policies.
  • To collaborate with sales team on monthly sales as well as finance team onmonthly reporting of sales, collection and debtors ageing
  • To collaborate with Project team to ensure a prompt issuance of ArchitectCertificate and smooth & proper handing over process is being carried out
  • Monitor the reminders, termination and sales forfeiture are carried out inaccordance to the acts as stipulated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
  • Maintain an up to-date aging reports and reconciliation report for receivablesbalances.
  • Prepare monthly reports and other reports as and when required.
  • Process payments received from clients, applying funds to outstandinginvoices and reconciling accounts accordingly.
  • To execute any other duties as and when required by Management.
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in finance/admin/business management or equivalent.
  • Language requirement: English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience preferably in the property development industry.
  • Knowledge in Golive & PROSYS software will be added advantage.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
