  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Crunch the numbers, dazzle the clients, and keep everything in balance!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting for both internal operations and our external clients—be the hero that keeps everyone’s finances in check!
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and ensure that our clients' finances are smoother than a jazz playlist.
  • Keep an eye on accounts payable/receivable and general ledgers, making sure our clients' cash flow never hits a snag.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their financial needs are met and help them make sense of their reports (no accounting jargon here!).
  • Work closely with external auditors, tax agents, and client stakeholders to keep everything compliant and above board.
  • Mentor junior accountants, because knowledge is meant to be shared!

Who You Are:

  • A number-loving finance expert with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of experience.
  • You’re not just a pro at Netsuite or Xero, but you also know how to explain it to clients in a way they’ll understand.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, especially when dealing with client businesses.
  • Stellar communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts without breaking a sweat.
