  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  5. In the JavaScript window, toggle the slider to "on" or "allowed."
  6. Close the Settings tab.
  7. Refresh the page.

Our client, a boutique corporate and commercial law firm with several offices around the APAC region is currently seeking a corporate/commercial Associate to join their team and be based in Malaysia.

As part of a dynamic and supportive team you will be exposed to a broad range of corporate/commercial work, as well as the possibility of participating in various cross-border transactions throughout the region.

This would be an outstanding opportunity for junior lawyers to gain tangible international law firm experience, exposure to regional matters and transactions, better work-life balance, and could be a steppingstone to overseas opportunities further down the line.

The successful candidate(s) will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ post qualification legal experience at a leading law firm
  • Qualification in Malaysia or another commonwealth jurisdiction
  • Experience drafting and reviewing key documents (SPAs, general commercial contracts, NDAs etc.) with minimal supervision
  • Confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders.
