Job Descriptions:
- Source and screen potential candidates for all open positions within the organization for permanent, contract and interns.
- Manage posting of job advertisement, ensuring advertisements reflect correct image of the Company.
- Arranging of candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Perform background checks on shortlisted candidates (Bankruptcy, AMLA, MACC, Employment Screening).
- Perform reference check on shortlisted candidates.
- Follow up on offer with candidate - ensure medical check up and statutory declaration done.
- Compilation of hiring documents for filing purposes.
- To assist in other recruitment related matters as an when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply with internship experiences in recruitment.
- Have experience on how to recruit using JobStreet, Linkedln
- Good in documentation (familiar with recruitment forms, preparing offer letters)
- Good spoken and written in English (this person needs to communicate with candidates and hiring managers)
- Organized person and able to work in fast paced environment as well as multi-task.
