- To assist in HR functions, including payroll, on boarding, recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits and others HR matter.
- Responsible for payroll, statutory and other payroll related matters and liaise with statutory government bodies regarding labour legislation issues.
- Keep track of employees movement and prepare related documents.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented according to Malaysia Labor Laws.
- To check and update staff attendance record every month.
- To assist in development and implementation of company policy.
- To serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances and assist in resolving employee relation issues.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior and management from time to time.
