JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Familiar with employment and advertising agencies for recruitment and selection with best match of job descriptions and qualifications.
  • Create detailed strategies for sourcing candidates, leveraging industry contacts, associations, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Post the job openings on relevant platforms, including job boards, company website, social media, and industry-specific sites.
  • Coordinate efforts to recruit from universities and educational institutions, establishing relationships for future hiring needs.
  • Ability to organise 'walk-in' interview for recruitment screen CV/resume and contacting candidates.
  • Actively engage with industry contacts, trade groups, and utilize social media platforms to expand the candidate pool.
  • Review applications and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates against job requirements.
  • Work with the hiring managers to create accurate and detailed job descriptions that clearly outline the role, responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations.
  • Perform thorough checks to verify candidate credentials and suitability for the role.
  • Set measurable goals for recruitment metrics like cost per hire and time-to-fill positions. Regularly track and report on these metrics.
  • Involve generally from recruitment process, onboarding and exit interviews.
  • Preparing HR offer letter and any other HR correspondences related to the process involved.
  • Handle recordkeeping, maintain applicant databases, and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to assess recruitment effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Research and recommend new recruiting sources and methods to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for improving retention and recruitment strategies.
  • Fulfill additional tasks assigned by management to support departmental goals and initiatives.
  • Update and prepare annual headcount report and organization chart.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels in local languages and also good writing skills.
  • Proficient in computer software application specifically with MS Excel and numerically inclined.
  • Ability to perform variety of office support and administration duties of general and specialised cases in the HR Division.
  • Ability to assess and maintain confidentiality of staff informations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma Human Resources Management/ Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Ability to work independently and being self-motivated.
  • Exposure in the F&B industry will be added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English both spoken and written is required.
