  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play an integral role in shaping processes and systems that support business objectives. Your role will involve:

  • Engaging with Stakeholders: Conduct interviews, workshops, and engagements to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Optimizing Processes: Map and evaluate current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that increase productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in industries such as retail, manufacturing, or plantation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex business needs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., process mapping, use case development).
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with software development life cycles and IT project involvement.
  • Industry Insights: Specialized knowledge in retail, manufacturing, or plantation operations and workflows.
  • Professional Certification: Certification in Business Analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA, is a plus.
