1. To provide technical support functions for the Local Area Network and Wide Area Network including the management of hubs, switches, routers, firewalls, and servers' operation.

2. Maintain essential IT operations, including operating, security tools, M365 email systems, and server hardware.

10. Oversee IT related projects, network infrastructure and systems to ensure optimal performance is achieved.

11. To stay up to date with the latest developments in IT and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement with the Warehouse IT infrastructure.

13. Escalation of issues/problems to keep Top Management informed, advise and provide recommendation to Top Management as and when needed.

14. Conduct tender, RFI (Request for information), RFP (Request for Proposal), or RFQ (Request for Quotation), including specifications for evaluation, approval process, and service agreement finalization.

15. Any other responsibility that may be assigned by the superior from time to time when the need arises.
