The Training Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales of training programs and services within a designated territory. Responsibilities

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase the benefits of training programs and services, addressing client concerns and objections.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare sales reports, and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with training experts and other team members to develop and deliver effective training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the training or education industry
  • Strong understanding of the training industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
