Area Security Manager (Central)

We are looking for a Safety and Security Manager capable of covering our Central Region (Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka).

This role will be accountable to the following :

• Area Manager use leadership and problem-solving skills to manage in certain geographical locations.
• Offer support and guide to store managers on overcoming security/stock loss challenges.
• Ensuring region unknown loss KPI’s meet.
• Ability engages store managers to ensure all security and stock loss policy 100% implement in stores.
• Ability to highlight concern back to central team and work collaboratively to identify solution.
• Ensure that security system been used in stores and colleagues are trained on how to use systems
• Support business on security/ stock loss related investigations.
• Build good reputation with local authorities to gain support.
• Ensuring all security/ stock loss related incident escalated to business as per policies.
• Responding and support on emergency/Crisis.

These are the relevant operation skills for the role:

• Able to work independently with strong self-motivation in varying geographical areas of Malaysia.
• Ability to gain the support of stores, DC and cross functional department.
• Strong analytical skills demonstrating attention to details numerically competent and computer literate.
• Advance knowledge in operations and retrieval of data from the various Lotus’s data systems.
• Ability to present complex information in a simple and effective

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in related filled.
• Diploma/Degree; further education in security administration or similar filed will be an asset.
• Free mobility.
• Experience in risk analyst and managing security/ stock loss matter more effective way.
• Ability of handling security system.
• Excellent knowledge of retail security protocols and procedures.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skill
