MIS / IT Executive

Job description Responsibilities: Primary Function To assist IT Manager in groupwide ERP implementation To review and implement HR Payroll & HRMS system for SIB Group To review and implement ERP System for Operations To develop and customize ERP system reports for related department To do training and user acceptance test for system development Responsible for ensuring user needs are met through the deployment and updates of software. To manage the application lifecycle, and people involved in the process, to ensure smooth deployment and post-deployment modifications. Accountable for support and maintenance of groupwide ERP systems. 2. Secondary Function Ensure all IT policies and procedures followed by IT users Assist MIS Team in PC hardware and Software Maintenance. Assist MIS Team in Backup and Recovery Process. Assist MIS Team in Department’s Administration. Assist MIS Team in ERP support and Maintenance Qualification requirements: Minimum certified degree Bachelor of Information Technology, or Bachelor of Computer Science or Bachelor of Computer Engineering or equivalent 2. Working experience requirement: 1 -2 years experience in similar capacity, preferably in listed manufacturing group 1 -2 years experience in ERP implementation 3. Organization knowledge requirements: Must have the knowledge in ERP system Able to do web application programming. Able to understand programming structure and syntax troubleshooting Competent in computer skills software such web application programming such PHP, Javascript,HTML and database management 4. Competencies & Skills requirement: Web development programming (PHP, HTML, JS, CSS, Python, XML, Laravel) Database Management (MySQL, MariaDB, ) Knowledge in HRPayroll software or HRMS systems or ERP software is an added advantage. Knowledge in manufacturing operations is an added advantage Computer facilities maintenance and troubleshooting Network infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting Knowledge in VBA script is an added advantage.
