Plant Botanist

Are you passionate about plants and their potential? We’re looking for a Plant Botanist to contribute to our OEM and extraction manufacturing processes. In this role, you’ll help develop and optimize our plant-based products while ensuring quality and sustainability.

Job Responsibilities :

• Identify and source high-quality plant species rich in bioactive compounds for extraction.
• Optimize growing methods to enhance yield and quality while ensuring sustainable practices.
• Conduct tests to monitor the purity and potency of plant materials, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Work with research teams to develop and refine extraction processes for maximum efficiency.
• Promote eco-friendly sourcing and cultivation methods to preserve biodiversity.
• Address challenges in cultivation or extraction processes to improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure all practices meet local and international regulations for safety and quality.
• Research new plant species and technologies to support product development and enhance extraction methods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Plant Biology, Botany, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of plant science, genetics, and cultivation techniques.
• Experience in R&D or product development, especially with plant-based extracts.
• Knowledge of extraction processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in manufacturing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
