Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi. The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations, design menus, manage kitchen staff, ensure food quality and safety standards, and collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional dining experience. The role requires a creative and strategic approach to culinary management.

Qualifications

  • Culinary expertise, menu design, and kitchen management skills
  • Experience in leading and developing culinary teams
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Creativity in culinary presentations and innovative menu development
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
