Human Resources, Intern

We are hiring a Human Resources, Intern who will be part of the Human Resources team.

What would you do?

  • Learn about HR Operations and Administrative, SOPs, and programs that deliver internal HR Operations daily operations.
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, resume screening, and interview arrangement.
  • Actively involved in the company’s activity/program by leading the Changemakers committee
  • Assist in Learning and Development by supporting company training activities
  • Support various HR programs & and initiatives, such as the Changemakers, Employee Wellbeing and Wellness program, Employee Assistance Program, etc.,

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced work environment.
  • The internship period must be at least 6 months and above.
  • Internship period starts in Jan 2025.
