  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Content

  • Prepare, monitor and audit the Engineering Change Notification for all models.

  • Conduct ECN meeting and monitor the implementation of engineering changes.

  • Ensure all engineering changes are issued before lot implementation in production.

  • Responsible for updating engineering documentation for all technical and process related modifications.

  • Manage product specification by creating, maintaining and validating bill of materials (BOM).

  • Establish assembly process by creating process mapping, initiate line balancing for lean manufacturing process.

  • Communicate with customer on the ECN and part confirmation.

  • Responsible for new model launch to ensure production uses correct spec, process and parts.

  • Responsible for ensuring process stability and effectiveness and initiate process improvement.

  • Responsible for maintaining and supervising tooling inventory management.

  • Ensure critical processes properly documented and updated to the latest version.

  • Ensure the operation meets the required production Volume and Quality and comply with IATF 16949:2016 standard and customer standards.

  • Interact with customer on assembly process related matters.

  • Responsible for Cold Test and Leak test operation and testing performances.

  • Support and ensure VPS and WO activity is fully implemented.

  • Execute the General Duties of Employer under part IV Section 15 of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994) and Environmental Quality Act (EQA 1974).

Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or comparable

  • Detailed knowledge on combustion engine

  • Measurement and instrumentation engineering
