  • Ability to contribute to menu development and create innovative dishes
  • Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments
  • Ability to lead and motivate the kitchen staff, manage team dynamics, and delegate tasks effectively
  • Efficiently managing time and resources in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to grow
