    -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. -5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of success. -Strong knowledge of the industry and market dynamics. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. -Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. -Experience managing and mentoring a team of business development professionals. -Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). -Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
