Responsibilities
- -Reporting to the Director, based at the CRM Dept. -Work closely with a dynamic team to gather requirements and implement customized solutions within the CRM system -Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflows within the CRM system -Handles Retargeting Solutions such as: Whatsapp Blasting, Messenger Blasting, SMS Blasting platforms. -Identify data pattern & data accuracy -Microsoft Excel data sorting -Planning, design, strategize and propose an implementation plan to enhance the usability within the CRM system -Stay up-to-date with CRM platforms updates and new features, and make recommendations for improvements to the platform.
Requirements
- -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. -1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce. -Understanding of Salesforce navigation, customization and configuration. -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. -A desire to learn new skills.
