Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Starting Pay: RM500/month (Increment based on performance)

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a company director with daily tasks. This role offers flexibility, as there are no fixed working hours—what matters most is your ability to complete assigned tasks on time. This position is ideal for business administration interns or fresh graduates seeking part-time experience while learning practical, real-world skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Email Management: Respond to and filter emails; ensure timely follow-ups.
- Basic Accounting: Assist with tracking expenses, claims, and preparing simple financial records.
- Task Organization: Prioritize tasks, keep notes, and ensure everything stays on track.
- General Administrative Support: Handle small projects, organize documents, and liaise with stakeholders when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage but not required).
- Basic understanding of accounting tasks (e.g., tracking expenses, invoicing).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Currently pursuing or graduated with a Business Administration or related degree (preferred but not mandatory).
