The steward is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within the restaurant. You will play a crucial role in ensuring overall cleanliness while also assisting in other operational areas when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitation
- Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, and utensils
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and appliances
- Mopping and sweeping floors
- Emptying and cleaning trash and recycling bins.
- Properly disposing of waste according to local regulations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assisting in the kitchen as a helper when needed.
- Assisting in the front of house as needed, such as taking orders or serving food.
Requirements:
- At least SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for working in the food and beverage industry.
- Good discipline and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
