Technician Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instructions to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process specifications. 2.Respond to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes. 3.Implement an established maintenance program and maintain detailed maintenance records so that recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts can be identified and addressed. 4.Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instructions so that it complies with production specifications or instructions. 5.Maintain tools and repair equipment in good working order. 6.Well verse on welding with minimum 3 years of experience. 7.Piping and fitting works for carbon steel, stainless steel, and PVC’s is an advantage. 8. Shift and “on-call” work during major breakdown. 9.Basic knowledge in pneumatic and hydraulic KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education: -Candidate must possess at least Cert or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from reputable Universities or college. Job Experience: - At least 3 to 5 years working experience in manufacturing is required for this position. Knowledge and Skills : - Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently and as a team. - Good interpersonal and leadership skills. -Able to converse, write and read in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Desirable Job Competencies : - Good leadership qualities and self-motivated. - Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills. -Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and as a team with good safety and interpersonal skills.
