Job Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management: Take full responsibility for the daily operations of the campus convenience store, including product display, inventory management, and sales reporting;
2. Staff Management: Handle recruitment, training, scheduling, and attendance of store staff, fostering a positive team atmosphere;
3. Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer experiences and promptly address feedback and complaints;
4. Marketing and Promotions: Plan campus-specific promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales;
5. Supply Chain Coordination: Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and restocking;
6. Financial Management: Monitor store revenue, costs, and profits, and provide regular performance reports to the company;
7. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-organized, meeting the standards of a campus environment.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: Diploma or higher, preferably in business or management-related fields;
2. Experience: Prior experience in retail management or convenience store operations is preferred;
3. Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders;
4. Skills and Abilities:
• Strong organizational and management skills;
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities;
• Ability to handle stress and solve problems efficiently;
5. Personal Traits: Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and innovative, with a willingness to build good relationships with students and the school community;
