Stock Organization - Organize stock on shelves and in storage areas in a neat and accessible manner. Ensure that products are properly labeled with the correct price tags and barcodes. 6. Store Cleanliness and Maintenance - Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. - Assist with the setup and maintenance of store displays and promotions. 7. Team Collaboration - Work closely with other sales assistants and store management to meet store objectives. Qualifications and Skills - Education: Minimum of a SPM/STPM or equivalent; relevant retail or inventory management certification is a plus. - Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or as a storekeeper is preferred but not required. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Good organizational skills with attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures. - Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office or inventory management software. - Ability to work as part of a team and independently. - Physical ability to lift and organize stock when necessary.
