Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur Job Scope: 1. Business Strategy & Development: - Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to support the company’s growth objectives. - Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and increase revenue. - Analyze market trends and customer needs to propose and execute new business initiatives. 2. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners. 3. Sales & Revenue Generation: - Drive sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue generation of the business. - Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and presentations for potential clients. - Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. 4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: - Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends and potential business opportunities. - Monitor competitor activities and industry changes to identify areas of improvement or potential competitive advantages. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure business development activities align with the company’s goals and objectives. - Provide feedback and insights on customer needs to help inform product or service offerings. 6. Reporting & Performance Metrics: - Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights. - Analyze KPIs to assess performance against business goals. Requirements: 1. Educational Background: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Experience: - At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth. - Experience in negotiating and closing high-value deals. - Strong knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors. 3. Skills: - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at senior levels. - Strategic thinking with a focus on results. - Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite). - Analytical skills for market research and performance tracking.
