CERTIFIED TRAINER (FULL TIME / PARTIME )

We are seeking a Certified Trainer to join our dynamic team, dedicated to delivering impactful training programs across various fields, including education, soft skills, technical skills, and leadership development. The Certified Trainer will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing training sessions that align with our organization’s objectives and meet the specific needs of participants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to inspire and motivate learners. Qualifications and Skills: - Certification: Must possess a recognized trainer certification (e.g., HRD Corp Certified Trainer, NCS-TTT). - Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in training or facilitation roles. - Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. - Ability to adapt content delivery to suit various audiences and learning styles. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other training delivery tools/platforms.
